Fresh Coffee – Final Sale

Because every order is roasted fresh to order, all coffee sales are final.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on roasted coffee once it has left our facility.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@monduras.com.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).

We will replace the item or issue store credit/refund at our discretion.
Non-Coffee Items (Merchandise & Equipment)

Non-perishable items such as merchandise, apparel, or brewing equipment may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been roasted or fulfilled. Once roasting has begun, cancellations are not possible.

To request a cancellation, contact orders@monduras.com as soon as possible with your order number.
International Orders

All international sales are final. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for delays, customs holds, or lost packages outside the U.S.
