Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • All of our coffee is roasted to order — nothing sits pre-packaged on a shelf.

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for roasting and fulfillment. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons (such as holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • United States: Orders are shipped via USPS  or UPS or FedEx.

    • 1 bag → USPS First Class

    • 2–8 bags → USPS Priority Mail (flat rate or regional)

    • 9+ bags → UPS Ground

    • Or Could be FedEx

 

  • Estimated transit time is 2–5 business days depending on your location (2 days within Southern California; 5+ days to smaller East Coast cities).

  • Total time from order to delivery is typically 5–10 business days.

  • Expedited shipping is not available, as all coffee is roasted fresh and must go through our production schedule.

International Shipping

  • We ship internationally via the best available carrier, most often USPS First Class International.

  • Delivery times vary by destination and are not guaranteed.

  • International shipping is expensive and may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the amount billed at checkout.

  • International orders are shipped at the customer’s risk and are non-refundable if delayed, lost, or undelivered.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at orders@monduras.com with your order number and details.

  • Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Bulk & Wholesale Orders

  • Bulk and wholesale orders are sold Ex-Warehouse, meaning ownership of the goods transfers once they leave our facility. Shipping arrangements are provided as a courtesy, but the buyer assumes responsibility once the order departs.

Our Promise

Every bag of coffee is created specifically for the customer who orders it. This means you may wait a little longer than with off-the-shelf products, but your coffee will arrive freshly roasted and at peak flavor — and that’s worth the wait.
